best house hotel old town

Location is awesome. Metro is walking, Tram is walking, places to eat are plenty and also this is not an expensive area compared to main center.

The room had water leaked which was causing smell throughout our stay. Bathroom was very small and so was the bedroom.

The staff and the location in a walking distance from metro and the airport bus station.

Sometimes they give old, dirty towels or old covers to costumers , Sometimes the housekeeping not clean the bathrooms well

Very lovely i always come back here everytime I’m in turkey this is my 4ths time back and the staff are always friendly and welcoming rooms are perfection breakfast was delicious nothing wrong I can say as it is the best hotel

Location, it is easy to access for Istanbul airport by shuttle bus.

The room is not keeping well. There are some damages through the room and bit noisy from outside because of window drafts. The fridge is broken as well.

Fantastic location - walking distance to the Havaist airport bus drop-off/pick-up (Aksaray), metro, tram, and buses. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants downstairs - it's a hub of activity late into the night. Quick 15/20-min tram ride into Eminönü and Sultanahmet for the key tourist spots (or a lovely long walk through various neighbourhoods!). Room and bathroom is large, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space for bags, to rest, and sleep.

Property and staff are a bit dishonest though: the room booking clearly included two-way airport transfers (as on the booking.com listing), but the hotel refused to honour this and stated that airport transfers are paid; when I checked out, I left a bag at reception to pick up later in the day, and I asked the staff to please place the bag in a locked room for secure storage but the bag was left out next to the public stairwell (it was there when I came back!). For this reason, I'd stay in the same area again next time but at at more honest hotel, there are loads of hotels in the area!Room soundproofing isn't great - I heard the neighbours throughout the evening / early morning. Couldn't hear the street traffic though!

Clean , workers are friendly , nice and spacious rooms ,close to the metros

The location was good, close to the metro station, by foot you need around 10 minutes to laleli, 25 minutes to Grand bazar.. etc… The staff was friendly and helpful.

I think location,personal and clean rooms are important for me. So I can truly say it is awesome. I should also mention that they made the bed for me) because if I were taller than 187 my feet wouldn't fit in the bed. And after the rain with heavy winds I saw some water on the floor in front of the window. I told them about it, I hope they fix it.

The staff are of the most kind and polite you can get. Very helpful, always smiling even when I teased the manager he was so polite. It's very clean. Every day you get a shiny fresh room with clean sheets. The chef makes different delicious dishes every breakfast and there's plenty of choice. The location is perfect for transport. You really feel at home, not a traveler.

Very poor hotel from different perspectives. Very small rooms (like jail cells) with very old furnitures. Beds are uncomfortable. Lobby is terrible in size and look. Noisy environment. Not recommended at all.
